From the Director

A Letter from Our Director

Welcome to TDM Elite’s first season. When we started this program in 2026, we chose three words to build around: The Details Matter. For us, that means showing up early, finishing every drill, and caring about the little things nobody sees, because that’s where real growth happens.

Our goal is to develop complete players and confident young women. We’ll work on footwork, skills and basketball IQ, and we care just as much about character: respect, effort, and how our girls treat each other. This team is a sisterhood. Every player will be lifted up and pushed to be her best.
